Only Believe

“Only Believe”
1. Despite Jairus’ title as a ruler of the synagogue, Jairus was willing to humble himself and implore Jesus to come and heal his daughter. (v.21-24)
Application: Do you have the humility and faith to implore God?
2. The bleeding woman believed that if she just touched the hem of Jesus’ garments, she would be healed! (v.25-34)
Application: Do you believe that Jesus has the authority and power to heal you?
3. When Jairus heard that his daughter was dead, and was encouraged not to trouble Jesus any longer, it was Jesus who encouraged him not to fear, but only to believe! (v.35-43)
Application: When the voices around you tell you not to trouble the teacher any further, listen to the voice of Jesus instead!
